♥ AnDai iTu TAkDirNyA + CiNtA KaU dAn AkU♥

The first novel from Siti Rosmizah which I read was " Andai itu Takdirnya".

"Salahkah Leya mencari sedikit bahagia?

"You dengar sini Zril, dendam I tak habis kat sini. I bersumpah, I akan pastikan hidup you musnah...musnah sebagaimana you musnahkan hidup I. I takkan lepaskan you. You tetap akan jadi milik I. I janji Zril, I janji."

"Leya jangan tinggalkan abang. Kembalilah sayang, kembalilah.

Percayalah sayang. Leya takkan keseorangan lagi. Abang sayang Leya dengan penuh hati abang."

I also did not miss the book " Cinta Kau dan Aku" from the same author.

♥ Cinta Kau dan Aku♥

"Apa, jadi driver? Hei Risya, dah tak ada jawa
tan lain ke kat tempat kerja Milah tu sampaikan jawatan driver pun kau terima? Dah-dah, balik kampung aje. Tolong mak kat warung lagi bagus.

My opinion:
Overall, unlike most Malay romances, this one was a simple read. It differs greatly from Siti Rosmizah's first novel titled "Andai Itu Takdirnya", another very awesome read but leaning more towards anger and tragedy. This novel is lighter and it teaches a lot about the true meaning of love and trust which is so crucial when someone goes into marriage life. A very good read for many!

♥ ThInK pOsiTiVe♥

This is nice - finding positive out of every negative - which we don't always manage to do.

I am thankful...
1. For the husband who snores all night, because he is at home asleep with me and not with someone else.
2. For my teenage daughter who is complaining about doing dishes, because that means she is at home & not on the streets.
3. For the taxes that I pay because it means that I am employed.
4. For the mess to clean after a party because it means that I have been surrounded by friends.
5. For the clothes that fit a little too snug because it means I have enough to eat.
6. For my shadow that watches me work because it means I am out in the sunshine.
7. For a floor that needs mopping, and windows that need cleaning because it means I have a home.
8. For all the complaining I hear about the government because it means that we have freedom of speech.
9. For the parking spot I find at the far end of the parking lot because it means I am capable of walking and that I have been blessed with transportation.
10. For the noise I have to bear from my neighbours because it means that I can hear.
11. For the pile of laundry and ironing because it means I have clothes to wear.
12. For weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day because it means I have been capable of working hard.
13. For the alarm that goes off in the early morning hours because it means that I am still alive.

♥OuR ThOuGhTs♥

A young couple moves into a new neighborhood. The next morning while they are eating breakfast, the young woman sees her neighbor hanging the wash outside.

"That laundry is not very clean", she said. "She doesn't know how to wash correctly. Perhaps she needs better laundry soap"

Her husband looked on, but remained silent.Every time her neighbor would hang her wash to dry, the young woman would make the same comments.

About one month later, the woman was surprised to see a nice clean wash on the line and said to her husband:

"Look, she has learned how to wash correctly. I wonder who taught her this?"

The husband said, "I got up early this morning and cleaned our windows."

And so it is with life. What we see when watching others depends on the purity of the window through which we look.

✿ Ted Dekker - Thr3e ✿

Thr3e

Synopsis:

Enter a world where nothing is what it seems. Where your closest friend could be your greatest enemy.

Kevin Parson is alone in his car when his cell phone rings. A man calling himself Slater offers a deadly ultimatum: "You have exactly three minutes to confess your sin to the world. Refuse, and the car you're driving will blow sky high." Then the phone goes dead.

Kevin panics. Who would make such a demand? What sin? Yet not sure what else to do, Kevin swerves into a parking lot and runs from his car. Just in case.

Precisely three minutes later, a massive explosion sets his world on a collision course with madness. And that's only the first move in this deadly game.

My Opinion:

Thr3e by Ted Dekker starts as a typical crime story, with a psychotic stalker choosing a young seminary student Kevin as his next victim. With each chapter the intrigue gets more sophisticated, the characters better defined, the story spiced up with elements of psychological horror. Kevin and the agents working on the case are forced to ponder the definition of sin, to understand how their own past affects their current actions, and soon they need to face not only a serial killer on the loose, but their own personal daemons as well.

The plot keeps making sudden twists, making it impossible to put the book down. What really stands out, is how solid and well thought the plot is. Even though the twists are unpredictable and show that nothing is what it seems to be, there are no contradictions and all the tiny details always match up. In this regard this novel is a true masterpiece.

I sincerely recommend this book to everyone, with a warning that once you start reading it, you may not be able to stop until the very end

Conclusion:

The film is basically a remake of the Hollywood hit movie 'The Stepmom' and it has been brought out well to suit the Indian audience. It is an overall family entertaining movie..Some films are good to look at. Some feel good at heart. Very few mainstream films manage to look as good on the surface and also capture the heart.

" We Are Family"equally appealing from the outside and at the heart.
