✿ DrAmA NoRa EleNa ✿

Recently I wanted to watch the malay drama "Nora Elena" which was played some time back in TV3.
Since I read the book from Meen Zulaikha titled " Kasih yang Suci", i wanted to see how the novel was adopted into drama.

It was a bad move..I end up spending my whole day watching back to back episode until the end :-). It has a good slot, that keeps me hooked.


This drama has cast such as Siti Saleha as Nora Elena , Aaron Aziz as Seth Tan , Wan Sharmila as Yvonne, Miera Liyana as Maria Tan, Ery Putra, Zul Ariffin as Eid, and many more. I would say that all those in this cast did an excellent job in portraying the character they played..and as usual..Aaron was amazing, yet again.

Synopsis:

Nora Elena adalah kisah seorang gadis yang telah dinodai semasa dia berusia 15 tahun oleh seseorang. Nora Elena telah ditinggalkan oleh tunangnya Idham (Zul Ariffin) apabila tunangnya mendapat panggilan misteri yang memberitahu bahawa tunangnya sudah tidak suci lagi. Dalam kekecewaan dan kesedihan yang melanda Nora Elena semasa itu  tu, muncul seorang jejaka yang bernama Seth Tan yang berketurunan Baba Nyonya, dia sanggup berkahwin dengan Nora Elena bagi menggantikan tunang Nora Elena kerana segala persiapan perkahwinan dan hari perkahwinan semakin dekat.

Konflik berlaku apabila, Nora dan Seth Tan berkahwin, pada ketika itu barulah Nora Elena dapat tahu bahawa suaminya lah orang yang telah menodainya 10 tahun yang lalu. Malang buat Nora kerana ketika mengetahuinya mereka berdua sudahpun berkahwin dan bakal melahirkan anak Seth. Walaupun Seth sudah memeluk agama Islam dan telah insaf tapi hati Nora Elena yang terluka tetap keras dan tidak dapat memaafkan suaminya tu.

 ♥ SMy Opinion ♥

Easily one of my favorite Picoult reads. I loved the style of the book - writing in the past and the present. The way the past tense writing ended up being what actually happened the night Emily died and how that met up with the present writing of what was going on in the trial was brilliant. One of the things I love about Picoult is that she keeps you guessing until the end. This is one of the book that turned into a beautiful, yet heart-breaking, love story about the kind of love a rare few experience.

Synopsis:

With the passage of the publications is seen as a more seasoned Rick joins is finding survivors in search of a place to settle and be safe or at least able to cope with the zombie threat that stalks them.

My opinion:

Season1 left has kept me guessing and wondering about what will happen in season one.  This show is gripping because it has a lot of action and thrilling moments. Its always an interesting aspect to see how people with different characters work together in order to survive.

Rick is the main character of the whole plot where he has good attitude, good leadership, and acts based on what he needs to for the benefit of everyone. He always controls the situation and goes to the limit to protect those who needs.

Lori is Rick's wife and in the beginning, Lori has an affair with Shane, as she thought that Rick was dead. She hides her dark secret to Rick, upon his return.

Shane was Rick's partner, who has a crush on Rick's wife. He has a good attitude in the beginning, and as the season goes on, he started to show his negative side more and more.

Season Two was great but it was not capturing as much as Season 1. Overall it has more focus on , I family issues rather than zombies and survival!!! Yet, t was still a pretty good plot..

Looking forward for see how its going to continue....

If you are in Malaysia, and you love thriller novels, you will definitely know Ramlee Awang Murshid. He writes exception novels, which includes alot of thriller and paranormal information in his books.

Synopsis and Conclusion:

 I recently watched " Ra One" is Astro First. My initial thought was that this is the remake of tamil filem " Enthiran" which was starred by Tamil Superstar " Rajinikath".I was sooo wrong.. Its totally a new concept.

 

Ra.One (Random Access - Version 1.0) is a Hindi science fiction superhero film written and directed by Anubhav Sinha, and starring Shahrukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal in the lead roles.

"Ra.One" dwells into the virtual world of today's youngsters who are hooked on to technology and video games. Prateik (Armaan Verma) is one of them. For him the villain is the hero simply because he does not play by the rules. It's winning, by hook or by crook, that matters to him.

Shekhar Subramanium (Shah Rukh Khan), the clumsy, nerdy game developer father of Prateik, lovingly tries convincing his son with, "Allow me to quote...." and quotes Mahatma Gandhi and such like. The youngster is unimpressed, thereby revealing the generation and cultural gap between the two of them.

Disheartened by the strain in the father-son relationship, Shekhar develops the invincible Random Access One (Ra.One), who can take any form, to please his son. Still not fully convinced with his own creation, as a standby he also develops Good One (G- One), who could exterminate Ra.One if need be.

Excited with his father's creation, Prateik plays Ra.One with a screen name, Lucifer. He manages to cross level two of the video game, thereby antagonising "Ra.One". Unknown to Shekhar and his team, Ra.One steps out of the game into their real world to eliminate Lucifer, thereby threatening Prateik's life.

Shah Rukh Khan plays the role of G-One and Arjun Rampal is the antagonist in this film. Karenna Kapoor indeed played the character f Prateik's mother. This movie delivers a good mixture of sentiment, humor and action. Its just that, I feel that they have underutilized the talent of Arjun Rampal. Thet could have given him a bit more action.

And when it comes to music, "Chammak Challo" and "Criminal" really got my attention. Its also show the collaboration between the Bollywood and the famous " Akon"..The word Chammak Challo  is used for a girl who is flashy in appearance..

Overall, its an entertaining movie, but of course..don't bother to watch it if you are very particular about logic ;-)
